Pop down to the Creative Bloc studio for a chill Friday evening of ceramic sculpting. Grab your friends (or make some new ones!) bring along your favourite drink** and enjoy a night of crafting and relaxation. Complete beginners welcome, this is a great opportunity to unwind from the week, beat those January blues and get in touch with your creative side in the company of others.
You will learn some basic pottery hand-building techniques and design your own ceramic display shelf or trinket dish. No experience necessary - You will be guided through the process step by step and some templates will be provided to help you along. Your shelf size will be approx 15 x 20cm but this will all depend on the shape you choose to create on the night.
Your piece will dry in the studio and then be fired and glazed by studio technicians, ready for you to collect in approx 2 weeks.
** If your favourite drink is a cup of tea that's okay too, we'll have plenty for you at the studio :)
