Who Are We?
The Scottish Potters Association (“the SPA”) operates this website. The SPA is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, registered with the OSCR in Scotland with SCIO number SC048850 whose registered office is at 22 Broomhill Avenue, Aberdeen, AB10 6JY.
Use of Website
The SPA authorises you to view and download the materials on this website for your personal use. You may not modify the materials on this website in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public and/or commercial purposes. The only exception is where you are a member and have uploaded materials to your member’s page. Members of the SPA can modify any materials they have uploaded.

Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our website, or our entire website, to our members who have registered with us.

Payment Terms for membership through our Website
Any personal data collected as part of the joining process will be stored subject to the terms of our Data Privacy Policy.
Payment methods –Debit Card/Credit Card (except Diners Card)
Membership Renewal - For continuous membership and services, payment is required prior to renewal date.
Event booking - Payment in full required at time of booking. Cancellations giving less than 48 hours’ notice – 100% of fee will be retained. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will be refunded less the booking fee.
