Sunday 14th July
Belinda Glennon will take over from Adrian Foulds who unfortunately has had an injury and can no longer take this demonstration. She will roughly follow the outline he had in place and is happy to help attendants with their throwing issues.
In the morning she will demonstrate throwing and how she has broken it down into stages when teaching. She would be really delighted to have discussion and questions!
In the afternoon session she will cover pulling handles, as Adrian was planning. Belinda doesn’t do the stubs and pull on the piece, but will try!! She will also show you the way she makes her pulled handles.
She may also cover some other throwing enclosed forms/ platters/ larger pots if there is time and interest.

Programme
10 - 12.30pm: Throwing demonstration – Breaking down the basics with questions and answers.
1.30-3.30pm: Handle making workshop – bring a jam jar to practise attaching them!
Option for more throwing chats and demo of enclosed forms/platters/larger pots.
