Artists and makers collective opens their first pop up shop in Crail
8-23rd April, Julia’s Cafe, High Street Crail, 10:30am-4pm daily
East Neuk Makers, a diverse group of creatives, initially got together at the start of the pandemic to support and promote each other’s work online. Now they have acquired some new members and are opening a Pop Up Shop in the heart of Crail.
For a limited time they will be providing an exciting opportunity to view and purchase a selection of original paintings, prints, pottery, jewellery, and textile products - all made in and inspired by the East Neuk of Fife.
Through the sale of their work they will be donating to TINY CHANGES, a local charity supporting people and projects that positively impact young people’s mental health.
SPA member Wayne Galloway, who has a special interest in alternative firing techniques, will be selling his ceramics at the shop.
He says; “I’m really excited to be joining this friendly group of artists. The quality of work is so high and diverse. It’s going to be exciting to see it all come together in a lovely venue.”
