My background in filmmaking has inspired me to create narratives for my ceramics, where science and mythology intertwine to comment on the the human condition.
I am in the process of creating a new Sea Goddess, Mitherspher, inspired by Orcadian mythology.
Ceramic sculptures illustrate the evolving story. I use high fired clays, with some glazes and some wax polish.
I am also presently studying at DJCAD, Dundee for the MFA Fine Art.
