I am a sculptor working in clay. I enjoy exploring both figural and abstract themes in my work and often work without any fixed idea and let the clay start to take a particular shape. Pieces are either smoke-fired or left as naked clay, and sometimes embellished with gold leaf. I?m inspired by things that I see in my daily life and I also love reading and bringing my imagination into what I make.
