Mostly hand built forms in different clays, including earthenware, stoneware and porcelain and black and red stoneware clays. These days my work considers organic forms ie underwater urchins for example. I also enjoy creating very glassy objects, mimicking glossy glass, even though glaze is glass. I also enjoy playing with clay and creating quirky forms, one of my most popular are my penguins. Having relocated to the beautiful Abernethy Forrest I am sure that inspiration and responses to our new environment will take form in clay.
